“ Went and ordered a Quater Pounder without cheese through the drive-through and got home with no hamburger patty on the burger. We called and spoke to Giselle. She has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! We went to pick up another quarter pounder and she gave us a whole meal for free! That was so sweet of her. She offered us a drink and had fries in the bag for us. She deserves to be recognized!! ”
